We at Kaanb, not only support our clients with efficient translation of their designs into reality through our experienced team and suppliers but also support our clients by training their own teams with all aspects of the product.
SUSTAINABILITY
Sustainability is created at the source of our products and services. From design stage we are able to measure and minimise our own impacts on the environment. By working closely with manufacturers and expert organisations to use more sustainable raw materials, we are able to contribute to carbon and water reduction, waste footprint, limit chemical and pesticide usage, prevent deforestation and protect fresh water and biodiversity. Sustainable fabrics and production are key to achieve lower environment impact and Kaanb & its partners are fully capable of offering you these resources efficiently.
FITTING & QUALITY
Kaanb Quality Team starts the quality control processes firstly in house. We take pride in our Technical team who can conduct fit sessions from 1 st fit to Gold seal in house. We are working closely with all 3rd party Labs to ensure testing requirements are fullfilled and cross checked when needed.
Being another key element of quality control, on site product Inspections allow you to verify product quality at different stages of the production process and prior to its dispatch which is an effective way of preventing quality problems and supply chain disruptions further down the line. To support a seamless delivery, KAANB inspectors check your product against your chosen specifications to meet a range of requirements including passing international standards of your destination market.
With the use of inspection checklists that we define and tailor to your needs, your quality control process can be standardized and key quality concerns can be communicated instantly to all parties involved in the inspection. As a company standard, we utilize AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) 2.5 in our inspections unless otherwised specified by our customer.
